「空間」と「光」、その関係性に新たな視座をもたらすための作品。展示場所である武蔵野美術大学美術資料図書館にある空間をすべて夜間に撮影し、光以外の要素を極度にそぎ落とした写真を、館内エレベータ室内にて展示した。これは「空間」と「写真」を関係性考察するためのものであり、奥の電球は、黒く感光したカラー印画紙に反射させて「光」そのものと「写真」の関係性を考察するためのものである。

The work that shows a new perspective to the relationship between “space” and ”light”. The photographs which show nothing but the vaguely captured light were exhibited in the completely darkened elevator. I also installed the light bulb there so that it reflects on the sensitized paper. The image of vaguely captured light in the darkened elevator made it possible to examine the relationship between “space” and ”light” and the light bulb reflected on the sensitized paper made it possible to examine the relationship between “light” and ”photography”
